Ngige Reacts To Attack On Ifeanyi Ubahs Convoy

The Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige, has condemnedthe current assault on the convoy of a ninth Nationwide Meeting lawmaker,Sen. Ifeanyi Ubah.
SapaTV recollects that unknown gunmen attacked the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District on Sunday alongside Enugwu-Ukwu highway in Anambra State.

It was gathered that the assailants ambushed the lawmakers convoy and opened fireplace on his vehicles however the senator managed to flee the assault regardless of his automobile being riddled with bullets.

Some police operatives and aides of the lawmaker have been killed within the assault.
In a press release on Wednesday, Ngige described the assault as atrocious, depraved and evil, saying that the incident has disruptedthe relative calm witnessed within the state in current months.
The minister charged safety businesses to go after the attackers and produce them to justice. He additionally thanked God for sparing Ubahs life.
